Unlike you,
Many people in our world
Have no wonder.
They are not awe-struck
By the way
A face wrinkles with puzzlement
Or joy.
They have no time
Or attention for the swaying
Limbs responding to the wind
Or sinews: either sort —
Dancing tree or dancing body —
Will elicit that wide-eyed
Grin of amazement from you.
And that will fill my heart
With glee.
No wonder.
