PULSE is the form of movement to drumming rhythms developed by Anita Bondi and Stan Stewart. Each month, on the first Monday, you are invited to experience this awesome, ecstatic experience. Some call it meditation. Some think of it as mindful exercise. Find out what it is for you by joining us.
Suggested fee is $10.00/person to help pay the cost of space rental and to provide a gift to the drummers.
One hour of drumming and movement. Set your intention and let the rhythm take to to where you need to go.
